We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are applicable in the following cases:

Damaged product
Wrong item received

Exchange Conditions:

Item must be unused
Item must be in original packaging
Tags must be attached
Original invoice or order number must be provided

Habshi Store reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Item is out of stock
Damaged product (with proof)
Wrong product delivered

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer
